The End of an Era

I don’t want to leave Buenos Aires. It’s home. It’s big, dumb, and loud but I love it all the same.

Days like today just really make me nostalgic for a past that’s still my dwindling present.

Ate some oats. Went to a park and made friends with a group of picknickers. Got interviewed by the news for a story about picnickers in the park. Threatened by a crazy homeles man. Participated in sing a long. Tried to tightrope walk. Ate ice cream.

I leave for Brazil on Tuesday and while I’m ready to start traveling, I’m not ready to give up my life here…
